Return/Exchange

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after making a purchase, or a product may not meet your expectations. At Senoriya, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free and ensure you feel confident about your choices.

How to Place a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@senoriya.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include the following details in your request:

  1. Your order number
  2. Images of the product and label
  3. Reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Please note, the return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Guidelines
1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be issued as store credits, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to other payment methods.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we’ll confirm via email and provide store credits promptly.


2. For Online Prepaid Orders (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Other Wallets)

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items with original labels and tags.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable. Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting any applicable discounts from the purchase.

Refund details:

  • Orders paid via card: Refunds will be credited to the same card.
  • Orders paid via UPI: Refunds will be credited to the same UPI ID used during the purchase.

Important:

  • Do not share the OTP with the pickup partner until the parcel is handed over.
  • Gift hampers are non-returnable.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to opt for a different size, color, or style, you can:

  • Return the product as per our return process.
  • Use the store credits or coupon code issued to place a new order for your preferred items.
